I am interested in fast, combinatorial graph algorithms and the graph theoretic tools neccessary to design them. With Yasamin Nazari and Daniel Dadush I work on improving them. Together with Solon Pissis, I work on bringing these tools to bear to solve string problems, by connecting the two niches.
